Marco Saviozzi holds an MBA in Finance from IEMI, Geneva, and began his career at Xerox before transitioning into financial markets with Viel (now Tradition) in Paris. In 1993, he joined ICAP in London, where he led the French Franc IRS desk and advanced to Co-Head of the Euro Desk. He later relocated to New York to lead the Equity Derivatives business. In 2007, following 14 years at ICAP, Marco established Newedge in Dubai before co-founding GMG, bringing together a team of experienced professionals to develop a multi-market broking business.

Tomáš Doležal is Executive Director of GMG Europe B.V., focused on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. With over 20 years of experience in banking, he has deep expertise in regulatory compliance, anti-financial crime, and operational risk.

Barbara Gross is the Managing Director of GMG Europe B.V. and Head of its Prague Branch. With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, she brings extensive expertise in fixed income, interest rate derivatives, and foreign exchange. At GMG she oversees European operations, driving commercial strategy and client engagement across the region.
