Marco Saviozzi

Marco Saviozzi holds an MBA in Finance from IEMI, Geneva, and began his career at Xerox before transitioning into financial markets with Viel (now Tradition) in Paris. In 1993, he joined ICAP in London, where he led the French Franc IRS desk and advanced to Co-Head of the Euro Desk. He later relocated to New York to lead the Equity Derivatives business. In 2007, following 14 years at ICAP, Marco established Newedge in Dubai before co-founding GMG, bringing together a team of experienced professionals to develop a multi-market broking business.

Neil Petch

Neil Petch is a recognised entrepreneur and visionary in the UAE. He founded Virtuzone in 2009, establishing it as the region's leading company formation expert. He sits as Chairman on the boards of several businesses throughout the UAE, including GMG.

Seyf Trad

Managing Director

Seyf Trad holds a Master's in International Finance from ESLSCA Paris. He co-founded GMG in 2009 and serves on GMG's board of directors, specialising in Middle Eastern FX currencies and interest rate derivatives.

Mohamed Hafit

Chief Operating Officer

Mohamed joined GMG at its inception in 2009 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring efficiency and control across all daily transactions. He holds a degree in Banking & Insurance from Paris 10 University and has held senior roles at Rothschild & Cie Banque and MF Global.

Wayne Copeland was appointed CFO of GMG in December 2020. With over 20 years of experience managing finance departments across wealth management firms in London and Dubai.

Lakshmi Ponnangan is the Chief Legal Officer of GMG (Dubai) Limited, leading the Group's legal, regulatory, and corporate governance strategy. With over 22 years of experience across DIFC, UAE, and Indian jurisdictions, a qualified lawyer since 1999 and LL.M. holder.

With over 13 years of experience in financial operations, Joiz leads the back-office function across GMG's global branches, overseeing trade reconciliation, settlements, and operational regulatory reporting.
